+Ksarul
You should be able to do that with a Myarc controller as well, Marc. I have one of those in my regular system. . .later versions of the Myarc DSR will format either type.
sparkdrummer
I put together an advanced diagnostics command file that will copy 1280 to 1440 when all I had was a corcomp controller. Worked pretty well if memory serves me. I pm'd because I have myarc cards now that will do the trick as well.
marc.hull
I am sans myarc right now but that's good to know that it will do it. The 1280 disks came with a TI DD FDC but that is out of comission currently but.... Sparkdrummer could you share your technique with advanced diagnistics? I do have a CC FDC. sparkdrummer
Yes I'll need to root around in my disk boxes to find the disk I used. I'll post when I find it.
Opry99er
I have an original physical copy of the MG Advanced Diagnostics disks and a complete manual. Marc, if you need it, I'll send it your way, snail mail.

sparkdrummer
Marc, Here is the .dsk containing the Command Files (CF) MYARC/CC and MYARC/CC2 for use with Advanced Diagnostics. The 1280 disk goes in drive 1 and a formatted 1440 sector disk goes in drive 2. MYARC/CC is set up to load the second CF from drive 3. If you don't have this configuration you'll need to modify to suit your set up. I cobbled this together years ago to transfer some disks from a friend for use on my system. I have not used this for 20+ years but I remember it working just fine. Anyhow - here's hoping it'll get the job done for you. -Ralph... myarc.dsk
