Rowsdower70
Anyone else planning on checking out the First Annual Houston Area Retropalooza this year?It is being held in Pasadena, TX at the convention center. Here's their official website for tickets or vendor booths: http://retropaloozahouston.com/And here's the Facebook page for the event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1631122653804311/From the guest line-up, the Nintendo generation will be well represented, but I think it would be great to have a first generation gamer presence! The Mrs. and I have a vendor booth reserved, and I will have a few first gen goodies for sure! +FujiSkunk
Huh. I regret to say this is the first I've heard of it. Oh well, too much already going on this weekend to make it. I'll keep saving up for my gaming fix in November. (I sure hope the HAAG Expo is on for this year, anyway. The website still has last year's info up!) +SpiceWare
Much better than I was expecting for a first year event! Was just disappointed that retro didn't go back to the 2600, it started with NES.
+sramirez2008
I was not able to attend. Hopefully I can make it out next year. Maybe next year they'll go back a bit further.

I hope you showed them whippersnappers what retro really means!
