Did anyone ever find the easter egg in jr. pac-man?

I've been searching for it for awhile, dissecting the clues, trying every combination of button presses possible and still no luck. Anyone else ever find this?

I haven't… is there one for sure and do you know what it's supposed to be though? Was hoping one might have included Baby-Pac mazes, but you already kinda see that on the Teddy Bear difficulty on the first stage. That and I believe Baby Pac-Man is going to be a separate release.

Yes, there is an egg for sure. It is jr. Pac-man plus, which I gather is like the plus version of Pac-man from the arcade. Bob describes it in the jr. pac-man thread and provides a hint on how to get it, but thus far, I've run into a frustration wall, thus this topic.

Okay, I think the hint was the question "What would attract a second player to play?" "Attract" tells me "attract mode." I tried the usual fire-up-the-console-while-holding-pause thing and various permutations of starting 2-player games, with and without a controller in the player 2 port...nothing.

 

Say, Bob -- it's been eight years now. Can you give us more clues?

Player two fire button + Pause button just before / during the monster 'introduction' screen. You'll know you have it when you see the smaller 'antennae' monsters come out instead of the regular ones.

Also, you will know you have it when you see 'PLUS' under the logo.

 

It helps to just hold the fire button and pause button both down while the monster intro happens. Once you see 'PLUS', let go.
