My biggest regret was not doing an unboxing video of when i bought an Intellivision in Dec 2009. It had been 20 years since i owned an Intellivision and i was finally reunited again. It was a huge moment for me. But at that point i had yet to do any youtube videos. I had no idea how to set up the camera and i chickened out and didn't record it.
