DocktaCake Posted March 26, 2016 Share Posted March 26, 2016 About a year ago I purchased a CIB RCA Studio II for a decent price. I said it was "as is," but since it came very the rare box that is needed to to hook it up to the TV along with the power cable and box, I decided I had to buy it. To my dismay when I got it and hooked it up, I heard a very loud sound coming from the speaker that would only stop when I pressed the "clear" button. On the TV the image was scrolling vertically and if I got lucky sometimes when I turned the unit off using the box it would display a few pixels, all which would be random.
