Getting a precisely cut round aluminum sticker is what you want. Or, if metallic/foil paper stock would suffice, you could buy that (in the scrapbooking paper section) and a circular cutter from Michaels. Then use 3M Super 77 spray for adhesion. Another choice would be to use something like the Silhouette Cameo for perfect cutouts. Then again, you may just want to go with ball knobs as a replacement for the old Hand Controller discs. $4 bucks and some change at your local Ace Hardware store for self-threading brass-fitted ball knobs.
