Marius Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 Hi all! A few days ago I received the mylar from Best Electronics. What a nice product! It looks fabulous, and I can't wait to install it in my 1200xl. I grabbed my 1200XL out of my storage... and it almost gave me a heart attack. What did I see? One of the keys was broken off the spring. It was really broken, defective... I might be able to glue it with special glue, but so far no luck. I am afraid there is a small piece of plastic missing. When I put it back the key is lower than the rest of the keys. So I was wondering: is there someone here who has plenty of 1200XL keyboards. Who can sell me one? I should have asked this when I ordered the Mylar, but I did not check the 1200xl then sigh. In the meantime I still hope I can obtain somewhere a spare keyboard.
