I have two non-working carts and noticed the flip-flop ICs on the top of the PCB. Were these carts more prone to fail than the average Gen cart? I find it odd I have had two in a row not working. Wondering if they really cheaped out on materials for this title. Tried replacing caps and nothing still. Wondering if the flip-flop ICs had a high failure rate.
