Richard H.
AtariVox works but needs to either be removed from it's shell This is my alternate Avox case which does fit the 7800. I can supply the .stl files if anyone wants to 3D print one.

Everett1954
Hi, Just got two Genesis to 7800 adapters from grips03 (see earlier post) and they are great!! Using the Genesis game pad instead of the the CX-24 controllers makes playing both 7800 and 2600 games so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend them. Does the Atarivox work with the Retrobits brand genesis extension cable? I thought I read something about it. Richard H., With all your great flash cartridge products for Vectrex and more, have you given any thought to doing one for the 7800? Thanks

No, they do not, the male connector is too tight for the AtariVox to fit into. I bought some original SEGA Genesis extension cables from eBay and those work great. ..Al

They work great with CPUWIZ's MCP Dev cart as well as Edladdin's Genesis adapter too.
Jinks
Mine were too tight so I melted my extension cable cornors to fit the avox. I used a soldering iron.
