There's German Engineering and then there's SNUG

Last year, my BWG FDC Card (from SNUG) started behaving strangely. The clock simply wouldn't keep the correct time or set correctly. I surmised that the battery had finally reached the end of its lifespan. I sent it off to Richard Bell for repair. He changed the battery and found out that I had only gotten 14 years of service from a 10-year battery. A couple of weeks ago, my HRD16 RAMdisk (from SNUG) started crashing. Again, I sent it off to Mr. Bell for repair. The problem was once again the battery. It was determined that the battery was a 1998 model. That means I "only" got 18 years of service from a 10-year battery. You have to hand it to the lot from SNUG - Michael Becker, Harald Glabb, et. al. They have taken German engineering to a new level!!!
