Lord-Chaos
I think this game is quite good , although the Coleco version looks much better. But Roc n Rope on the ATARI 2600 seems to use lots of scanlines , so on some TVs it doesn´t work - this is a little bit weird.I have the PAL version of the game as Salu - re-released version , you know the version with black/white label and "cheaper" looking manual. These versions are very common in PAL countries , since the ATARI 2600 jr was sold for a long time in Europe/Australia. BTW : There also is a "clone" for the ATARI 8 Bit called "Tales of Dragons & Cavemen" by AMC , which was quite good.I don´t know if it was available outside of Europe. Vic George 2K3
I tried this game on both the Atari 2600 and the ColecoVision. I personally don't find either interesting enough for long-term playing. More for like, "I'm bored and I have nothing that I really want to play". Godzilla
yea, i consider 2600 roc n rope to be one of colecos worst, but at least they put more effort into it than donkey kong.
Pitfall Harry
Rock 'N Rope is slightly more fun than Math Grand Prix, but not as much fun as my dead Frogger. Ben

joeybastard
I'm not a big fan of the VCS version. I love the CV version and used to play the arcade game constantly at 7-11 when I was a kid.
