Great Hierophant
It is a ribbon cable with a 62-pin card edge connector on one end and a 62-pin pin connector on the other end. It is probably custom made, which can be done easily with a vice. My advice is to keep the cable really short.
soviet
I have done something similar was unable to find the isa 8 bit connectors but find an alternative way to do it. You need this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/50cm-64-Pin-64-Way-F-F-Connector-IDC-Flat-Rainbow-Color-Ribbon-Cable-/122078882810?hash=item1c6c77ebfa:g:eMsAAOSwZJBX~zP5 An isa connector from a old motherboard and also one of this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/10x-IDC-64-Pin-Male-Header-Connector-Vertical-with-Ejection-Latch-/192010004539?hash=item2cb4b0283b:g:iysAAOxyyeNSL0jn Then you solder the idc header to the isa slot pins and you are done. 2 pins are going to get out just left them unsoldered.
