Opry99er
I recently learned how to print documents in minivMac, Baselisk II, and Sheepshaver. These methods are insanely complicated and require software to be installed on the emulated system as well as the host computer. These methods involve pdf generation or post script printing and recovery. It got me to thinking though... What classic computer emulators out there (if any) give you free and clear access to the host system's peripherals such as printers or Ethernet? Sheepshaver allows a passthrough to the host internet connection, so that is pretty nice (although I have not yet been able to make it work) but the printing is still a major issue. Any cool emulators out there?
David Baldwin
some emulaters will let you print to file txt or a jpg or some other kind to let you read it on your main pc.
