sku_u
Check the Atariage store http://www.atariage.com/store/index.php?cPath=21_24 There are games still being made for the 2600 and 5200.
TaoNakamora
No the initial counsols, not games.......

TaoNakamora
a 5200 or a 7600 I have a 2600 coming in the mail.....
sku_u
Try the marketplace forum here for starters. Otherwise, you can try www.4jays.com for systems although they tend to be a little pricey. BTW its the 7800 not the 7600
TaoNakamora
I checked it out and I think I should stick with ebay  Thanks for your help any way.........
CPUWIZ
People here are a lot more trustworthy than most of the sellers on eBay, just FYI.
TaoNakamora
I totally agree..... its just that most people here wont give an Atari away and AtariAge only sells chips........And youd only lose a small amount if they dont give it to you on ebay anyway....... SteelerFan
I would suggest trying somebody here first, than with EBAY. Although I have yet to make a transaction with anyone here, everyone seem legit and honest! GOOD LUCK!

DaveAtari
This one looks reasonable... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8&category=3537 ...his pic could use some work tho
TaoNakamora
Its reasonable but no adapter or controllers Ill consider it....
sku_u
If you have a 2600 coming your way, it wouldn't matter about the controllers. All 2600 controllers are useable on the 7800 and most 2600 games will play on a 7800 as well. BTW: Welcome to Atariage. I notice today is your first day posting here. Hope you stick around
MegaManFan
People here are a lot more trustworthy than most of the sellers on eBay, just FYI. Or if you know their seller handles on eBay, and they're a member here, that's a pretty safe bet too. My 5200 Star Wars has a cigarette burn on the case!! Damn ePay sellers. TaoNakamora
Well thanks for welcomeing me to AtariAge...... I got bored with my Gamecube and I thought it would be much cheaper and in some ways better then collecting the gamecube I went to Atari because they were the first,(or atleast I think so,Magnavox might of beat them....)But I consider them pioneers and they deserved a lot more credit then Nintendo or Sega......I wonder what there games would have been like today........If it wasnt for the damn game crash and that CEO who was too dumb to realize that Europe didnt matter, and Microsoft would take it all over anyway (Not to insult you Europe citezens out there, its a great place, but most of the cash from computers comes from the US......) And also....Ive heard that Infogrames is trying to reinvent Atari and have already made some games....Im confused could somebody clear this up for me? Nukey Shay
Infogrames is currently producing games for current consoles under the Atari name...dunno if they plan on eventually releasing a new Atari console. What is confusing to you?
