Wheee! (Wii collection)

I started collecting Wii last summer. It's fun. They're cheap and you can always find a game you never knew existed. In contrast to my Intellivision collecting I'm trying to keep better records, I don't collect duplicates, and all must have the manuals. I've also been eyeing the Wii U :ponder:

To get a complete Wii U collection seems doable. There a little bit of over 200 physical releases (about 430 downloadable) for this system. I own 75 at the moment.

Here is a very good list by a collector that has a complete collection: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1490fDSVkoLe79OfQ33b94hy0DqAjEPxjDxCjPw-djzc/edit#gid=0

Thanks for the list. I'm currently at 1 Wii U game (Rodea the Sky Soldier) I should probably buy an actual Wii U console before buying any more games :D

For Wii, however, I'm close to 250 titles. I only need like 1000 more :o

I'm just in the decision phase if I get Rodea in the normal version (including the Wii version) or spend the money on the limited edition that was only available at the publishers store.

I'm trying to collect Wii more on the cheap, so I'm limiting the extra I pay for special editions. Time will tell if I change my mind and regret it later on. That said, some of those special editions look pretty cool. I may buy a few for the right price.

That's one impressive Wii collection. Unfortunately there weren't 1st party Nunchuks to match all 12 of those Wiimotes.

And I can't believe I own almost 1/2 of the unique US release Wii U games, there really isn't much of a library for this system. Worse, it's got me considering making a run at the whole set.
