Can the Sega Mega CD handle games that take up multiple discs?

I've made 3 SegaCD games so far: Space Foxes, Code Eliminator and Game Panic 2. In all of these cases my game engine loads into 256k RAM and reads tracks as needed. Meaning, you can easily take the disc out and put something else in since most of the game is running from RAM. The real issue is finding enough content and media to need more than one disc.
