H4plo
Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything when I searched the forum. I'm trying to identify a game I played a lot when I was a kid. It was in an 8-game cartridge, and I'm pretty sure they were all Activision games. The cartridge had River Raid, Enduro, Fishing Derby, Seaquest, a few other games, and this game I'm looking for. It was very similar to River Raid (same sprites, sound effects, refuelling,...), with these differences (hoping my memory is not failing me): - The background was dark blue, and there were no "walls" on the sides, just scattered small rocks all over the screen; implying the plane was flying over an ocean at night - The ships were slightly longer - There were no bridges, but some sort of static "spheres" (I always imagined them to be stars) in the middle of the screen that you had to destroy to progress. I remember destroying each sphere made the colours on the screen change, but I can't remember where exactly. Also, I remember further in the game the spheres actually moved to the left and wrapped around the screen as you approached them, making them more difficult to hit. Anyone knows which game this is? up2knowgood
Sounds like it might be River Raid II to me, but not 100%.
Mulletino
Harbor Escape or Ground Zero?
H4plo
Ground Zero!! Thank you very much. That brings back memories. Was this is a genuine game, or a River Raid rip-off?
Thomas Jentzsch
100% rip off.
