Anyone seen these PCB's before?

These PCB's have a 'M' or 'W' on them (fabrication house - Westinghouse?). Just wanted folks general input. I haven't been on these forums in a while...

 

All have been tested on a 2600 and work. I covered the EPROMs to save them from the light.

Thank you, and yes that was what I was wondering. Seems like a lot of trouble rather than going and just buying the carts. I think the time and effort to do this would be way greater than just buying the darn things - especially since they are hand soldered without a chip socket. Also thought it was cool how it has the extended PCB tab to open the cartridge slot. Oh well. Thanks again.
