Sega Genesis II AV Cord?

I have a old sega genesis II (MK-1631). It used to work with another cord that seemed to have gotten lost while moving.
I am currently trying to find an AV or RF cord, but it does not appear that the available AV or RF cords online would fit my genesis.

Does anybody have any thoughts, insight, or guidance on where to buy a cord to fit this?

Is that just a cable end coming out of the sega? Does it unplug? Because I never seen a mini din 3 used for av cables.

Genesys 2 use a mini din 9b port.
