Rev showing off the gemba!

Lol! I've never heard that before. Very accurate. I hope everyone appreciates how hard Rev works to get us all these awesome games. Honestly, I know he and I are always joking around with each other and we're rarely serious but he's crazy dedicated to bringing us tons of fun for our favourite system and for that he should be thanked. :)

Agreed. Rev has passion and dedication that few people possess.

Also, Gemba is terminology from Lean Manufacturing. Toyota most notably embraced a logical, measurable approach to manufacturing with an emphasis on identifying and reducing various forms of waste and inefficiency. The concept of Gemba was that the best improvements come not from conference rooms, but rather from the manufacturing floor. Everyone synonymizes Henry Ford with manufacturing efficiency, but Taiichi Ohno (of Toyota) really took it to a new level. Ohno he didn't.

Doh! I just realized our company is a Lean company. Turns out I had heard the term before but clearly didn't pay that much attention. ?
