StephenJ
Hi everyone, Can someone tell me what these two adjustments, on the O2 motherboard, are for? Been doing some searching...but no luck. Thanks, StephenJ
R.Cade
Looks like it may be part of the RF modulation, so likely frequency and color subcarrier.

Ikrananka
Sorry to bump an old thread but wanted to correct the answer. The blue adjustment is the "Video Level Adjust" which basically adjust the brightness/intensity of the image. Turn it up too high and colours become over saturated and edges become blurry. Turn it down too far and the image greatly darkens and colours become much less saturated. Ideal position depends on the TV that it's hooked up to. The silver box adjustment is labelled as L2 and I'm assuming therefore that it is an adjustable inductor. It is part of the system/video timing circuitry and would have been set correctly in the factory. I don't know the specific function/effect of adjusting this but suspect you should not move it unless you know exactly what you're doing. StephenJ
Ikrananka, I appreciate you chiming in with the information. Shortly after posting this thread, I decided to try adjusting the blue control and found out that it is for video-level. Thanks again, StephenJ
