eightbit Posted November 8, 2017 Share Posted November 8, 2017 So as the story goes there is a seller on ebay currently selling NOS SE440BX-2 boards. They are indeed new. I built a machine around one of them which turned out great and am building one for a friend. I ordered another board and again it was new and sealed, but one of the caps has a small dent in it. I suspect this happened in manufacturing as the box was undamaged and the contents were sealed. I tested the board and it appears to work just fine. The cap is not swollen or anything, just a dent in one corner. It bugged me so I contacted the seller and they were nice enough to send me another board and just told me to toss this one. But its new and of course I am not going to toss it...but I don't need it Does anyone want this for the cost of shipping? I can box it up and get a UPS quote if you PM me with your address. Thanks!
