Actually, the main animation part works fine on NTSC (in emulation at least), and looks better because of the higher framerate. It dies on the display list manipulation (or whatever is being used to achieve the rotation effect). It has to be said, no horse's tail will stand out like that unless travelling at a high rate of speed. Understandable though...
