jaymo
Something I've been wondering about is the relationship between the M-Network Atari 2600 Kool-Aid Man game, and the DC Kool-Aid Man comics. Some ebay listers, like say, here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-2600-Complete-Kool-Aid-Man-Atari-2600-Video-Game-System-1-Comic-Book-XFD/292271222585 imply that one or more Kool-Aid Man comics came with the game. I'm skeptical about this for two reasons. First, the box doesn't mention it, and second, I don't think the comics would fit in the box, unless they were mini-comics, and I don't think these were? Do any diehard CIB collectors know the truth on this?
+KaeruYojimbo
The comics didn't come with the game. I believe they were a seperate Kool-Aid point redemption. I had the comics as a kid (might still have 'em somewhere), but not the game.
atari181
Known shitty seller, my biggest problem with him is his lying about his listings.
jaymo
Thanks! I did buy one of the comics on eBay -- it's silly fun, and has a great full page ad for the Atari game.
