easmith
Three weeks of obsessive effort on my first 2600 game... Here is the concept : You must defend the space colony from alien invaders by defeating 8 waves ( for now). Your laser cannon power supply can only hold a charge for a count of 60. So each enemy wave must be defeated before your power supply runs out or else the colony is lost. The enemies will also bombard your power supply in an attempt to knock it out. Save the colony by defeating the enemies before they knock out your laser cannon or power supply. One thing I could use are better sounds . Any sound effect ideas / help would be appreciated. Also any other constructive criticism ! AlienAttack.bin
+Karl G
It doesn't seem to work correctly for me in Stella 5.1.
easmith
It doesn't seem to work correctly for me in Stella 5.1. AlienAttack.png Hmmm. Troubling. I have version 5.0.2. Perhaps someone with more experience has insight into why this might be an issue. This is what it is supposed to look like AA.mp4 AA.mp4 Edited February 10, 2018 by easmith
+stephena
Works for me in both 5.0.2 and 5.1 (and 5.2 internal too).
DirtyHairy
I can't reproduce this either.
alex_79
Works fine here too. From the screenshot, it seems that the phosphor blend is set to max.
+Karl G
Works fine here too. From the screenshot, it seems that the phosphor blend is set to max. Confirmed. I had phosphor blend set to max, and I can only reproduce the issue when that is the case. When it was set to 50 or disabled, it worked fine. +stephena
Hmm, I question whether we should even offer the choice of 100% phosphor. It doesn't simulate how any real TV works, and just leads to confusion (and ugly images ). Perhaps best that we cap it to 98% or so.
