Countermeasure won the poll by two votes (of course, nothing else got a single vote.) Use default difficulty. Emulation is fine, as are custom controls. Pics preferred, but not required except for HSC wins and records. High score was set by doctorclu , 184,450. Bust it for a bonus point! Took a guess at the code ( LOE) and was able to reach 200,000 points. From Level 9 on the jeeps, tanks and cruise missiles are relentless. I used to use an early 5200 USB cart from Videogame Wiz, but the software doesn't have the correct drivers to work with Win10, so I can't play it , at least not on real hardware.
