Where is the "POPEYE" Image Data In The Popeye ROM?

Does anybody know where the "POPEYE" image data is located within the Atari 2600 Popeye ROM data? I use Bit Hacker, and can't find the "POPEYE" graphic scrolling through the data.

Data for the "POPEYE" text is stored (in reverse order) from rom location $1313 to $1326:
The text is 32x5 pixels and each row takes 4 bytes:

1st row:    $1326,$1325,$1324,$1323
2nd row:    $1322,$1321,$1320,$131F
3rd row:    $131E,$131D,$131C,$131B
4th row:    $131A,$1319,$1318,$1317
5th row:    $1316,$1315,$1314,$1313
