EIAJ 8 connector

slx

Recommended Posts

I have a Taxan Vision EX monitor with a EIAJ8 connector thats supposed to allow it to be used as an RGB monitor. I am trying to locate a plug or cable for this connector but the only link I found is blocked from the EU.

Id appreciate if someone from the US could check the link and send me a screenshot (or just tell me that it says discontinued, out of stock like all the other hits.)

Any other vectors how to utilize this are appreciated as well. Maybe Ill have to print a connector...

Google cache bypasses GDPR blocking nonsense, i.e. post the link into Google and select Cached content.

However, the page says:

EIAJ 8 Pin Female Connector

Manufacturer: TecNec
Item #: E8FCM • MFG #: E8FCM

This item is no longer available.
Ask a Markertek Expert if you need assistance finding an appropriate substitute.

What kind of connector is on the opposite end EIAJ8?

What are you connecting the Taxan Vision EX monitor to?

This site sells a bunch of cables for old equipment- I bought cables for an Atari 850 module from them.

This link is for a DB15 to eiaj8:

Its hard to find stuff on there site, I think they make custom cables and ship worldwide too.

A search for Taxan on there site:

Sorry for the late thanks for the link. They actually still sell that stuff and have reasonable overseas shipping, so I ordered two cables and will see if I can adapt the connector on the other side.
