Looking for Mayflash PAL -> NTSC Converter

I am trying to find one of these :

But because it is discontinued I am having no luck. I know there are more recent NTSC - PAL Bidirectional converters available, but I am not looking for one of those. The Mayflash converter linked above only translates PAL color to NTSC color, it does not convert resolution of field rate. There is proof that it works : https://youtu.be/tqnIa4rXK_c?t=373

 

I have an NTSC CRT with a vertical hold dial and no full converter is going to give you a true PAL experience. I hope someone can hook me up or point me to another color-only conversion solution.
