Elvis
I bought Wildstar at Walmart 7 dollars. I read it is dead? Is it playable? And how? I got the code and all the disc?
Flojomojo
It's dead and has been for a while. Take it back if you can, and in the future, don't buy online games at Walmart. https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2018/11/29/saturday-morning-mmo-wildstar-is-dead-now/

Are the disc usless? Or a collecters item?
Flojomojo
Useless, yes. Even if it worked you'd still have to download many gigabytes of updates. "Collectors item?" Sure, if you collect things like AOL disks and old newspapers. It's not something I'd want to pay actual money for. They shouldn't be selling that in the store at any price. It's like a gift card for a restaurant that went out of business. This is where we have a robust discussion about how the industry is changing from physical to digital.
