video game addict
I've always took a liking to Little League, but Baseball Stars is good too. Also not exactly baseball, but plays just as well, was Dusty Diamond's Allstar Softball, that's a must have too. Off your list thou, I'd say Baseball Stars, then Baseball Simulator 1.000. I haven't really played the others.
JerseyDevil
IMO, the first RBI Baseball is the best baseball game of all time. Simple and fun to play.
DeV0
Baseball stars 1 & 2 are excellent on the NES. The neogeo versions are pretty damn good as well.
chrisbid
the first bases loaded game was incredible, its graphics were amazing for the time, in fact, the sequels were worse than the original. but my favorite 8-bit baseball game is Great Baseball for the SMS

Joe C.
The best team in Bases Loaded was Jersey. Paste's numbers were good, but Bay was unstopable. Texas was Tight too, with Marcus as the leader. Great Game.

The Brave Warriors...pretty good team, lots of power, not a heck of a lot of pitching IIRC. I always created my own teams. tiggerthehun
Alright, this isn't Baseball Stars, but I had to chime in - since you've mentioned the umps names... Anyone play the old World Class Baseball for the TurboGraphix 16? On the Peking Ducks team, there's a bench player named "Phauq" I remember the great joy I felt upon recognizing this little bit of tomfoolery from some goofy programmer. maibock
I must agree. Baseball Stars is still one of the best baseball games. It has it all(custom players, tournament mode, great gameplay, great feel, and pretty decent logitics) One of my favorite subtleties is climbing the wall and robbing a homerun, just an awesome added touch.
