A bit pricey, with pledges increasing , depending on how many ROMS you want included.  An interesting attempt, nonetheless.

Considering this is a 'holy grail' type of console, I would think people could go for it just to round out the collection.  Otherwise, I really don't see a major reason for it.  Still, it is interesting and we will have to see where it goes.

I read about it in a book I have called the Game Console.  It has info on just about every system made except the 100+ pong consoles in the 70s

Funny they called it Adventure Vision and no adventure games were released on it.

Assuming that you want all four games, that is almost Cdn$700!  Or for a mere Cdn$513, just the hardware and no games.

 

To put those amounts into perspective, I pay Cdn$1,100 per month for rent, and that is considered very cheap for the size of my place.   

 

There may be some truly hardcore collectors out there with more money than they can reasonably spend, but there is no way that I can justify supporting this.

I actually find the 470 euro full package pretty tempting, but sure doesn't look like it will reach the goal, and frankly it seems pretty risky.  If only the product had any mass appeal as if it was only like 200 dollars for the console and every game  I'd be willing to roll the dice, but 500 dollars just isn't worth the risk to me.
