eightbit Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 (edited) My personal favorite controller. I know it is a love/hate type of situation regarding this controller. But, it is what I grew up with primarily (this and the original Atari 2600 joystick which I also love) and it feels natural to me. I have been outfitting my vintage computers with these...or trying to I should say. So far I have two excellent condition working 500XJ controllers, but I could use a couple more. They come up on ebay here and there, and generally I am able to get them for around $20 when they do (both of these I got for that price....one included the packaging) so that is the price I am shooting for round about for more. Or, we can make a trade perhaps I am only looking for excellent condition examples however. I am not looking for any with peeled/ripped stickers or broken in any way. Perhaps some people here have some and they are not your favorite controller (or you hate it) and we can make some sort of deal. On a side note, they can be "Konix Speedking" controllers as well, or even the SMS version (which had the turbo switch and two buttons). These will work for me as well...basically the same stuff.
