Edit_5 Posted July 29, 2003 Share Posted July 29, 2003 Hi all, I need to know what part/parts (values, pin-outs etc) are in the atari paddles, reason I ask is that I'm going to build a custom control panel as I'm planning on putting a few of my ataris into cabinets, just for cosmetic effect. You could just cannibalize an existing set of paddles and use the pots from it...but you might want to install them in a easily-removable panel should they become jittery. Edit_5 Posted July 29, 2003 Author Share Posted July 29, 2003 Just a 1 mega-ohm pot then, what I was planning is making 2 units both with 7800's in them, have one as a dedicated paddle machine the other as a joystick based machine. The joystick is being based on the European 7800 controller, the little flat one, just that I've never ventured inside my paddles and for the most part I can't figure out where I put them?
