Tempest
Now that sounds like a sweet deal. I've never played most of those titles because I don't collect disks. Neat. Tempest

video game addict
I'm curious which of these will work on an XE? Alot of the old Synapse carts were 400/800 only. I see a couple have (Atari 800) out beside them, but more than that are 400/800 only titles, and I don't even know about all the disks, so some of those may be 400/800 only as well. Can anyone confirm the playability of these?
Bill Lange
Now this sounds like a nice cartridge. If anyone has the actual documentation for any/all of these software titles and has time to scan them, I can compile it and host it on my website. Atari Smeghead
Awww! How very cool, getting the next generation hooked on classics! Say, I don't recognize the game that they are playing... what is it?
Jetboot Jack
Beach head II... sTeVE
Callipygous
Correct! JBJ has a sharp eye. The boomerang (or whatever you call those things that you hurl at each other) screen is still pretty cool. The Atari is very popular when all their friends visit. Sorry about the size of the picture. Thought it was much smaller.
+Allan
Ordered two! Makes a great gift for the nephews. If you're nephews are playing a game from the Multicart, how come there is no Multicart in the 600XL! Hmmmm.. I'm a little suspicious. tjlazah
I think it would be correct to say they are not playing Beach Head II from cart! That game is quite big and would most likely not fit on a Multicart with 30 other games! And another FYI for ya that is a 800XL not a 600XL! Atari Smeghead
Beach head II... sTeVE Ah, that would explain it... I never did play any of the Beach Head games. It looks interesting. I'll hafta look into picking up a copy (or just flip thru my 100s of floppies. I probably have a copy somewhere.) Thanks!
Callipygous
Amazing interpretation, never implied they were playing the cart. Only that they play Atari and I was getting it as a gift, probably Christmas. The cart only went on sale Monday and I don't even have it yet. Shannon
hmmm... never knew that synapse made lode runners rescue... I always thought that was a pretty cool game. Wasn't it a two disker?

Atari Smeghead
Here is the list of what systems the games will play on: Fort Apocalypse- 400/800/XL/XE Protector 2- XL/XE First off, I received my Synapse MultiCart a couple days ago, and I just adore it! This has to be the greatest collection of games ever assembled! Bravo!! Protector II and Fort Apocalypse... What I find interesting is that on MultiCarts 2 and 1 (respectively), these two games do NOT work on my XEGS, but on the Synapse cart they work just fine. Why is this?? Were you somehow able to alter them so they would work? I'm so happy! Protector II is one of my favourite games! It was one of my very first cartridge purchases many years ago, but for some insane reason, I sold it. It was such a cool red translucent cart, too. What WAS I thinking?!
