foft
I had one of these SALT test fixtures a while ago and didn't use it much. Now I could use one to test pokeymax, does anyone have one sitting around that they could sell me please?
doctorclu
What is the PokeyMax? I know I have the module (have no idea if it works) but not the cartridge, which I believe you can get an Atarimax cartridge and program.
CPUWIZ
SALT is the diagnostic cart for the 2600, not sure how that would help you. Can you elaborate? Maybe a picture?

Maybe a picture? They made SALT carts for the 8-bit computers as well. I own a few.

Yeah, I had all the 5200 ones myself, at one point. Thrown off by "test fixtures". I have never seen a POKEY test fixture.

Atari pokey replacement - Jurgen told me a few SIO tests fail and I'd like to check them out. Would you be willing to sell the module please? Would you be willing to sell the module please? Sure, shoot me a PM and we can discuss. Here are pictures of the SuperSalt I have. Just the module. What is still missing is the SuperSalt cartridge and the cables for the various tests. This looks like a XL/400-800 SuperSalt and was in a 850 case. I think I got this by helping a friend get set up for calling BBSs around 2001. I tried to walk them through the process, the description of their "850" was ... weird. They opened it up and they learned it was a SuperSalt that apparently the seller didn't seem realize? So I shipped them a spare working 850 in exchange for the SuperSalt. Held as a curiosity. No idea if it works. I thought there was an Atarimax flash cart image, but they do have a MyIde II image at least with the SuperSalt. I'm sure there are others solutions out there. https://atarimax.com/flashcart/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1756&hilit=supersalt
