Classic Pac
I am new to this whole PS3 scene I have only had my PS3 since Nov of last year and even then the Blu ray laser has been dead most of that time, until I recently got it fixed. With it now working perfectly and finding 2 excellent racing games GT5 XL and GT Prologue, I tried to looking in to more about the console I have and frankly I ran into a lot of unknowns, the reason for this post. So I have a slim model that is a fact, it matches ones I have seen online. But here is what confuses me I have a 300GB HDD, which doesn't match anything. It also does not have WiFi
Punisher5.0
You can put almost any 2.5" hard drive in a PS3 so someone probably upgraded it. You can ID the system by looking at the sticker on the back. It will start with "CECH"

Punisher5.0
Ok that is the original HDD then. It came with a 320GB drive and after formatting you will be around 300.
amiman99
You should play GT6, way better then GT5. The physics on GT6 are upgraded for better. I have 750GB on mine, I don't even know what it was originally. All PS3, except 20GB first edition, should have wifi. Maybe is disabled, or configued to use ethernet? Classic Pac
After I actually looked up on how to set up wifi I found it. It was buried deep within settings.
