Regarding signatures, do the forum guidelines and rules from 2004 still apply? Elsewhere I read that we should keep the forum free from politics, religion and other touchy subjects, which is opposite to what is enjoined below. I know that you wrote the other year that signatures should be kept short, but I don't know to which extent those pose a problem or under which criteria it would be relevant to report someone's signature.




Also, please do not use your signature to espouse your personal religious and political views. If you'd like to discuss politics and religion, you are free to participate in the forum dedicated to that purpose, but we'd like to keep such discussions localized to that one forum.
