Shannon Posted August 18, 2003 Share Posted August 18, 2003 I put in 34 hours straight on Missile Command when I was 12. I did have two short naps but plenty of reserve cities to cover my ass. My God, mon! I'd think your 2600 would've started smoldering. I've put in over 24 hours on Missile Command as well, on the 2600 and 8-bit computer. Other games that are easy to play hours on end ... SteveW Posted August 18, 2003 Share Posted August 18, 2003 I could play Adventure until my eyes fall out. Escape From The Mindmaster, Secret Quest, and Survival Island could easily kill an afternoon. When I was a kid, I rolled the points counter in Asteroids 3 times. I just set the joystick down and walked away. It took about an hour just to kill off all my extra ships!
