Music cartridges - do it yourself

Based on my experience with dragonfly, I designed three music cartridges that can be made by practically anyone who can handle a soldering iron. All three designs fit the original cartridge housings. They are all made in through-hole technology, there are no SMD components.

The first cartridge is Dual Pokey. It has space to mount two Pokey chips or one Hokey chip in the standard version.
Both solutions give access to game music aimed at the standard $4000, as well as $450 and $440. It is possible to disable Pokey at the address of $4000. By mounting just one Pokey chip, you won't be able to access $440.

The second cartridge is a Yamaha 2151.

The third cartridge is Covox. It is a classic version based on resistor dividers.

As I wrote earlier, all cartridges are loop-through, they use the AMP 2-5530843-7 connector as a slot.

I realize that using several cartridges stacked on top of each other is cumbersome, so I designed a cartridge slot splitter that allows you to place the cartridges next to each other.

I will publish the full documentation with the PCB after the prototypes are made and the cartridges are properly started. :)

EDIT:

I deleted the diagrams because there is an error on them, I will correct and insert again.

Nice! Wonder if the cart splitter could be modified to be a cart selector for the 7800 as well? Not that it would have any normal use for most people, but for conventions it would be a really cool way to have a few different games available to play without having to physically swap carts.
