joshua Posted April 21, 2022 Share Posted April 21, 2022 has anyone had an issue with the ribbon cable connector for the screen not holding the ribbon cable in when it is locked? i removed the screen ribbon cable on a recently acquired lynx II for the first time to do some repairs and noticed that the ribbon cable had a few stripped contacts and when i went to reconnect it later & lock it into the ribbon connector it would not stay in the connector, even after it is successfully locked the cable can freely move in & out of the connector.
