(Possibly) Rare Othello Variant for Atari 2600?

I am wondering if anyone else has ran into this? It is a copy of Othello I saw at a game store, the copy appeared to be a Picture Label however, at closer look the * for CBS Inc was replaced with the words "TM" on both the cover of the cartridge and the end label. Is this rare? I didn't pick it up however it is likely still there with the other common cartridges, if anyone knows I will put it in the database and buy it.
