Beeblebrox
@Saberman Great, thans for posting. Do we have separate a download XEX or CAR/BIN file available rather than the whole Lostparty zip which is 800+ MB?

Beeblebrox
@Saberman Interestingly that ATR posted as well as the one from the large Lostparty zip don't appear to run on my Altirra emulator. Just goes to the blue screen and hangs. I'll try and copy it to my SIDE3 cart and run it on my U1MB 600XL. EDIT: Ok, works fine on my PAL U1MB 600XL off my SIDE3 cart. not sure why it doesn;t work on Altirra as I am running the settings with 1088Ram. Anyhoo- great music! Wrathchild
Just tried it, doesn't like AltirraOS, just stock XL.
Mclaneinc
Ran various real life versions (not Altirra OS) and all worked, even a 128K which partially loads per memory (all works)

Running PAL Altirra setting but re the OS that would explain it. I don't have any stock Atari O/S's available - just running it with the Altirra OS. Ah well, I have it running on real hardware at least Edited July 10, 2022 by Beeblebrox

Nice touch is one of the lil characters at the bottom yawns every now and then if you leave the game idle. EDIT: and a good amount of colour has been utilised horizontally as well as vertically on screen EDIT2: ah and after I got to level 6 I powered off my 600XL, rebooted the game and it had saved my progress so I could continue where I left off. Nice! Edited July 10, 2022 by Beeblebrox

Peri Noid
I'm playing the game right now. Marvelous job. I have one problem though - ball colors are completly unreadable and there's something strange going on with them - a ball, when it's still left to the dragon, has one color but when it's loaded, it has a completly different one. Different than it should be. After shooting it gets its original color again. If it was the goal then... well... I don't like it. Sorry. Mclaneinc
Yeah, the colours have been brought up before, I tried turning the colour saturation which helped a little..The colour of the ball being wrong, isn't that it showing what the next ball after the one you are going to shoot is? Peri Noid
What I meant was that the current ball had a wrong color. Always. Actually, the only way to find it out is to rotate it with the next ball to check the color and then again to shoot it. A bit annoying. A child may not get it. In addition to an NTSC version, count me in as another request that it be compatible with Altirra OS (so we can support it in Argon)
