Tanooki
I wouldn't have rolled over. I had it attempted a couple times, and while they kind of won, they didn't. The a-holes got away with a return, ebay took the loss. I had them pay for the shipping charges to get it back and also didn't have the deduction out of my account. They are about keeping the buyers happy to a revolting level, but I called in, got an American, none of those queue card reading simps from overseas, pointed out the inaccuracies of their image vs my image, how it was an obvious swap to scam, which they'd agreed to and I kept my money. The losers kept the item, or had to ship it back at no loss to me and refunded also at no loss to me. Ebay just ate it.
jetset
Update....So I won't say 100% the dude switched out discs. The one he sent back is pretty spotless as was the one I sen although there are scuff marks that came off with a light rag. Yes, there were a few scuff-marks before I mailed it but I made sure they were cleaned off. HOWEVER...there's a noticeable scratch that absolutely WASN'T there when the disc was sent out. So, one of two things happened. The dude switched out the disc, or; It's the disc I sent but he managed to put a decent scratch after opening it and added the scuffmarks (which, again came right off with a cloth). Either way I'm out the $$ aren't I ?
