I got one in my early serial number boxed system. Notice the lack of print on the system plates, and the early prototype number pads. I don’t own this variant. From the address I would say it’s a late version. Because it has the address of Mattel Germany instead of Mattel Electronics Germany. One of them came in my Super Pro System so im assuming INTV bagan making them smaller to save money at some point? Here is one next to the regular size system manuals..
