Is a great idea, but the marketing is lacking.  If he could post anything which shows what his plans are, that would be helpful.  A few of us have been burned by pie-in-the-sky keyboard projects (has anyone ever received their C64 keycaps??)

I mean, yeah, I'd like to see that.  However it seems more like a phase 2 type thing.  Seems like a more reasonable phase 1 would be a USB to C128 adapter.  Obviously requires some keymapping, etc, but would be useful sooner and cheaper.

Curious to know how it handles the 128-specific keys.

 

In any case, I would love to see an exact replacement for the 128D keyboard, but this GFM is a big dream.  He would have done better to discuss with other GFM/KS campaigns what they went through, talk to any of the talent within the Commodore community, or without, and gotten some real plans, drafts or blueprints, anything.  The campaign is it exists now looks like the kid running for Jr. High class president.
