I’m pretty sure Pitfall 2 sold more than 5 copies at PRGE alone.

What is the minimum amount of physical copies to have been sold to be eligable to enter the Awards?

Example:

5 copies

10 copies

20 copies

25 copies

35 copies

etc etc

According to the guidelines, anything released in 2022 is fair game.

No rules about minimum amount of copies.

"Games will be evaluated for different award categories by a dedicated Nomination Committee.
In order to be considered for nomination, games MUST:

* Have merit based on their characteristics versus category expectations
* Have been released during the award’s target year (January 1st to December 31st)
* Be compatible with the Mattel Intellivision or Tutorvision platforms. "

Making videos available of games sold in low numbers is a way to help the community cast their votes.

Its not what it seems to be. 🤔

Sorry some times Rev misunderstands questions and answers in inches.

On the topic of sales numbers, I saw that the C64 game "A Pig Quest" which was released a week ago already sold 1500 copies of which 300 physical and rest digital. I didn't realize there is a commercial market for digital games on the C64 (outside piracy) but great news for them. It will take very long before Intellivision has digital sales 4X the CIB sales.

I suspect the only way that happens is if Rev releases his limited edition 1 of 1 physical copy game and then sells 16 ROMs. 🤔😂
