E15 Protection Error on TI-74

Hi I tried using my TI-74 with the PC-Interface and was unable to load a file onto the unit.

 

I now have a E15 Protection error on my TI-74 and resetting it, taking out the batteries makes no difference!

 

Although there is nothing in memory if I try to run it I get the following error:

 

E14 at 32647 bad program type.

 

Any suggestions on what to do?
