Paying Homage to 5200 Zenji

Hey everyone,

 

I'm a fan of the original 5200 Zenji puzzle game designed by Matthew Hubbard and released by Activision. The soundtrack was one of my favorite 5200 tunes.

 

I'm a musician and producer from Houston, and I created a new project called, Zenjii. By sharing the name, I wanted to pay homage to one of my favorite puzzle games. The song is not related to the music in Zenji.  I just really liked the name.  

 

I recently released a new Zenjii instrumental track called, PHLOW. It's more of a "chill" song that received "Excellent" ratings and was awarded at the 2022 Ti:ME Music Composition Festival.

 

I just wanted to share if anyone is interested. The concept was created in my graduate music class.
