+SpiceWare
makes me think of BattleShip. Based on this, somebody with a YouTube account should direct him here for more info about the SaveKey and a flash cart like the Harmony to dump a cartridge. I think @Thomas Jentzsch has the software.
jhd
I have not watched the video yet (as I am still at work), and there is no transcript so I have to ask -- does he discuss the provenance of this game? Is there any information on the source or original programmer, or is it just a random find at a garage sale with no additional information? From video's description: Quote ill be adding more Atari prototype content from my yard sale derived collection. From the Jim Snyder collection mountain view ca His prior video also covers what he got in that collection, including the Atari VCS Demo PCB that's used for the video's thumbnail. He identified common game ROMs on there like Superman, Missile Command, Hangman, Othello, etc.
+SpiceWare
From that prior video: "she had some prototype Atari stuff as her father used to work at Atari"

Possible candidates: 1) Battleship Atari Brad Stewart Stewart worked on a version of this classic board game (right after completing Breakout) but never finished it. 2) "Submarine Game" Atari Mark Hahn 3) Submarine Simulator Atari Greg Easter According to Greg Easter, this was about 25% complete.

Yeah, but he said "I don't want to put these in the mail" so don't think that'd be an option.

Aha - I gather you meant have somebody else send him the flash cart, with dumper software preloaded, and a SaveKey?
Thomas Jentzsch
Something like that, yes.
Supergun
Anyone else notice that there is also a 2600 lab loaner cartridge sitting on top of the table in front of the TV?
